In a picture taken on a government-guided tour, journalists and locals gather on June 19, 2011 next to the rubble of buildings the Libyan authorities said were damaged by NATO airstrikes on Tripoli’s residential district of Arada. On the tour journalists were shown four damaged houses and bodies of people, said to have been victims of a NATO bombing raid while NATO said it was investigating the Libyan claims that nine civilians, two of them of toddlers, were killed in an alliance air strike and would be « very sorry » if that were the case.
